William recently completed a bathroom floor tile job for us and we are very pleased with his work. From the start, he was professional and prompt in responding to emails and providing quotes. During the job, he arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable (answering any questions we had), and executed the work (from removal of old tile to installation and grouting of new tile) expertly. We are very happy with our new floor and plan on using William for any future reno projects.
